the location of the venue is great, very close to the business district and all the major sites that porto has to offer and all famous places.

The suite was stylish with a patio.

Soundproof room, big size, with toilet with collared glass walls and collared glass. Great location in Porto, short walk to Bessahotel Baixa, the old town and the touristic attractions.

The personnel is very attentive, and the atmosphere is family. The room is spotless, beautifully designed and has city views.

The staff were so helpful, giving me great suggestions for landmarks to visit and delicious nearby eateries.

I recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to visit. The rooms are spotless and new-fashioned with whirlpool, shower, the sofa. The location is marvellous, and the area is shopping steps away from bars and restaurants. Also, I liked Cais da Ribeira, set at a medium distance from the hotel.

Very nice room, really good amenities, the hot tub on the balcony was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploration, and the delicious food and friendly staff made my stay nice while being just a quick 10 minute walk to the bus station.

The excellent breakfast offered a good variety, contributing greatly to our enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and modern design of the Executive Double or Twin Room. The pool provided a much-needed escape . The noise levels at times were a bit disturbing late in the evening, and while the staff was generally helpful, we experienced some lapses in prompt service during peak hours.

The Superior Double Room featured a contemporary design with tasteful decor. Proximity to key attractions made our explorations easy, minimizing travel hassle around the city, a big win.

After a long day of walking, the uphill trek to the hotel became a bit tiring, especially for those not in peak condition. One corner near the hotel had a few too many loud 'characters' after dark, which could occasionally disrupt the peaceful vibe. The breakfast variety fell a bit short, leading to some monotony, limiting excitement for the morning meal situation.

We visited the beautiful bridges and enjoyed the lovely Bridges Cruise on the Douro River. The location was perfect, and the hotel staff were helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

We had a bit of a hiccup with the breakfast. It wasn't very satisfying on the first day, and we ended up paying for it despite not eating. It was disappointing, as we hoped for better options.

The bed was super comfortable. The indoor pool area is a real gem, it feels luxurious and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to fuel up for the day. I faced a few hiccups. The room lacked sufficient storage. The shower floor was slippery, concerning. A few anti-slip strips would definitely help.
